Ciara has owned and operated businesses since the age of 14. As a serial entrepreneur, her business mindset and tenacity led her to open her first store, Mama Mia, a high-end maternity store located in Fargo, N.D. in 2006. Shortly after, she developed and opened MODE, a designer outlet store adjacent to Mama Mia. In 2008, Ciara consolidated the two concepts into MODE, and she expanded the concept into an established franchise business. Most recently Ciara created, built and ultimately sold the btqBOX, a wholesale subscription box for boutique owners. Through her coaching program, Powerfully Simple, Ciara works hand-in-hand with small business entrepreneurs, teaching them how to pursue and achieve their dreams by simplifying their processes in 21 days!
