Having twins has been the biggest blessing by far and this is 38 weeks out of the belly! 💙💖 As a mother and entrepreneur of a small business it has also been the hardest in which I’ve needed to learn that I can’t do it all, that I need to ask for help and that I am not a failure. As mothers, we hold ourselves to these standards that some days we hit and others we don’t and I’ve started to learn that that’s OKAY! We are still amazing, loving and most importantly NOT failures! We need to remind ourselves to be KIND to ourselves and other moms out there. Today’s podcast episode is all about lifting each other up and not mom shaming each other as well as learning that it is okay to feel exhausted emotionally, physically and spiritually but finding our time to be us and knowing we will survive is the key!
