Hey Ladies! Welcome to the first episode of the Bridal Series. Today I brought on one of my EBJ Grooms, Enrique!
Enrique had already started planning his wedding and trying to put everything together while working a day job and giving his fiancé the wedding of her dreams. LADIES, is it so hard to do it ALL alone!
Enrique and I discuss the importance of having a good catering company and a confident wedding planning team. We talk about the non-negotiables on what to spurge your money on your big day, things to consider with space, and how to choose the right catering company.
Enrique had catering with Dade County Food Group (DCFG). Their team made Enrique's wedding day unforgettable. Even his mom (which was the toughest critique) was impressed and continues to rave about their wedding!

Hey everyone! I'm back with more wedding disasters stories for you, ladies. I had many wedding disasters in my career, but these moments are probably some of the worst by far! I learned how to make things happen. I had to think on my feet quickly and borrow without asking to ensure guests were taken care of and had a place to eat. I've been called names, didn't have enough food because some of the guests didn't RSVP, and seen an elephant go to the bathroom on the dance floor (I'll explain that one in the episode!). Can you believe that Ariella and Alejandro are ONE?! I cannot believe how fast time flies! I now understand why moms always say this! In this episode, I talk about the twin's first birthday. Growing up, I was given the nickname 'bear' because I LOVVEDD sleeping, so I thought how cute it would be to have an animal-themed birthday party.
